Three-Legged Money Frog: Origin, Meaning, and Feng Shui

The money-biting toad is also known as the three-legged toad. According to Chinese folklore, it can spit out money and is a thing that brings wealth. It has three legs, the Big Dipper on its back, two strings of copper coins in its mouth, and two Tai Chi instruments on its head. It is an auspicious thing, and the special thing is that it only has three legs. It is very common in Yangzhai Feng Shui to attract wealth. In the morning, the toad's head is facing out of the door, and the toad is asked to bite the money; in the evening, the toad's head is turned inward, and the toad is asked to put the money bitten into the treasury.
